Don Diablo

As a founding father of the Future House movement, it’s evident why Dutch DJ/Producer Don Diablo is considered a pioneer in dance music. Currently ranked #7 in the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll – making him the highest placing artist in the Future House category – Don has earned praise from talent and tastemakers across the globe for major hits such as ‘On My Mind’, ‘Take Her Place’, ‘What We Started’, ‘Chemicals’ and ‘Cutting Shapes’ and most recently his sophomore album ‘FUTURE’ released early 2018. Several years in the making, the release of the ‘FUTURE LP’ was without a doubt a career milestone for Don. FUTURE is an album that Billboard said “radiates positivity and good vibes with 16 massive tracks.”

“FUTURE features sixteen tracks that all have their own story, both musically as well as lyrically. I wanted this to be a motivational record that sonically showcases new ideas on a productional level, ranging from Future House to Future Pop and everything in between.” – Don Diablo

For his own songs, Don has had the privilege of collaborating with artists such as Gucci Mane, Diplo, Emeli Sandé, Calum Scott, Ansel Elgort, Kelis, Alex Clare, Dragonette, A R I Z O N A and Tiësto to name just a few. In addition, Don is also a hugely in demand remixer and his remix portfolio includes the likes of Kygo, Martin Garrix & Khalid, DJ Snake & Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Rihanna, Bastille, Madonna, Birdy, Chainsmokers & Coldplay, MØ & Diplo, and many more. That catalog of hits has led him to be ranked the #1 Most Played Producer of 2018 by 1001 Tracklists.

A packed global tour schedule sees him play in excess of 150 live shows a year, taking to the main stage of renowned festivals Tomorrowland, EDC, Creamfields, Mysteryland, Lollapalooza and Ultra, whilst also selling out his own shows in major venues throughout the UK, US & the rest of Europe, including his show at AFAS Live in Amsterdam. In 2018, alongside the release of the ‘FUTURE LP’, Don joined forces with the KWF, the Dutch Cancer Society where he played for free at multiple shows throughout Europe and
donated all of the ticket revenues to the cause. With low ticket prices, this tour allowed Don to show his dedication to his legion of fans, the Hexagonians, and to KWF, who received all the proceeds from the shows.

Launched in 2015, Don’s record label “HEXAGON” won Best New Label on Beatport with the most Top 10 records in its first year while Don has also been credited as the “best selling house & future house artist of all time” on Beatport. His HEXAGON Radio Show is currently broadcast in over 35 countries globally and holds a weekly Top 10 position in the iTunes podcast section every week reaching millions of people across the planet.

The talented Dutchman has also further demonstrated his creative flair through his huge passion for film and cinematography, which has led to him producing and directing all of his own music videos and in 2017 he scored the title song for an international Sci-Fi film called “Kill Switch.” In the past Don’s music has been used for series ranging from CSI to Teenwolf, with Warner Brothers asking Don to create the worldwide theme song for the much acclaimed “Batman Arkham Origins” game. The track and accompanying video became an instant viral hit racking up millions of YouTube plays and global hype.

Don continues to make a name for himself in the world of fashion with the debut of his collaboration with Disney, a Star Wars x HEXAGON capsule collection. The line was launched in October 2018 at the internationally renowned and prestigious department store de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam alongside Don’s self designed HEXAGON clothing line.
